Our friends at Great Primate Handshake are continuing their brilliant work this summer with two expeditions to promote and support primate conservation through the production of media.  For the third year running they are charting an Oasis Overland truck to use as their ‘mobile digital production workshop’!  On the expeditions are a group of volunteers who are passionate about primate conservation along with Great Primate Handshake staff who help them to develop their digital media skills.  The volunteers pass these skills on to conservation organisations in Africa who can use them to promote their projects.  Past volunteers have gained experience in video production, website design and music production as well as different areas of education and journalism.

The first expedition to Uganda is drawing to a close before the Kenya expedition kicks off on 6^th August.  You can follow their progress or find out how to join an expedition on the Great Primate Handshake website.
