How To Enter Our Photo Competition
Send your photos to us by email at travel@oasisoverland.co.uk and title the email 'Oasis photo comp'. Remember to include your name, address, telephone number and the Oasis Overland trip you were on. With each photo you send us, please include your initial and surname and a brief description of the picture. There is a limit to 5 pictures per person, the minimum resolution being 1MB in Jpeg or Tif format. Images are downloaded once a week, (usually on Wednesday's) from our site, so please allow for this and a delayed email response in replying to the safe arrival of your pics to us!
Terms & Conditions
The closing date for entries into the Oasis Overland Photo Competition will be 31st August and 28th February each year and late entries will not be accepted.
The competition is only open to travellers with Oasis Overland who must be 18 years old and over.
All images submitted must be owned by the traveller and the image cannot be under copy write or to any other person or institution.
Oasis Overland reserves the right to publish or use submitted photographs for unlimited use of images for any advertising or company brochure production without obtaining any further consent.
The competition is not open to employees of Oasis Overland, their agents or families.
Each prize can be redeemed against one tour per person. International flights, Insurance and Local Payment are not included in the trip cost.
The prize must be used within twelve months of the date of the prize draw subject to availability.
The prize featured cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is non-transferable to another trip or person and there is no cash or other alternatives to the prize stated.
Each winner will be notified by email to which they will be given written advice of their win featuring all terms and conditions, followed up by a phone call.
