FCO no longer advising against travel to Egypt

The Foreign Commonwealth Office is no longer advising against travel to Egypt.  Last week the FCO changed its travel advice, saying that it no longer recommended against all but essential travel to Luxor.  Advice against travel to Cairo, Alexandria and Suez has now also been lifted so there are no longer any FCO restrictions on travel throughout Egypt.
