Trip Types

‘Overland travel’ means travelling by means over or across land and we do this by offering three alternative styles of trips, with varying types of accommodation, transport and duration. We are not going to hold your hand every step of the way – that’s not what we are about - but that said our crew are there to help out and lend a hand when needed. Our three trip styles are as follows:


                                 

Regional Explorers

Trips of 8 to 27 days in Egypt, Jordan, Peru & Bolivia taking the form of adventure sightseeing trips that allow you more interaction with local communities. We limit our group sizes to 20 people per Tour Leader in order to maximise your enjoyment at local sites.

Overland Adventures

Trips on our own purpose built overlanding vehicles with a crew of two, which carry up to 24 travellers (two can carry 26) on trips between 19 days and 15 weeks in Africa, Middle East & South America. You will be expected to have an active involvement in the day to day running of the trip.

Ultimate Expeditions

Expeditions from 9 to 40 weeks crossing the incredible continent of Africa, again using purpose built vehicles with crew of two. A tougher more extreme style of our Overland Adventure trips, you must again expect an active day to day involvement in the running of the trip.
